- Tickets must be bought from Defected (via the Official Ticketing Agent) or an authorised channel; tickets from any other source are void.[13]
- The payment card or bank account used must be registered in the name and address of the ticket purchaser.[13]
- Tickets are issued by email as e-tickets. If not received seven days before the event, contact malta@defected.com quoting the booking reference.[13]
- Ticket sales are final and non-refundable except where the terms or law provide otherwise.[13]
- Tickets are non-transferable, except that the purchaser can transfer a ticket to another individual if Defected is notified at least 28 days before the event. Group-booking tickets must be sold as part of the group booking.[13]

Defected Malta stages
UNO is the evening hub with three rooms, while Café Del Mar, The Ditch and boat parties cover daytime and sunset. The stage count has grown over the years, and 2025 had the most to date.
