Fuckparade editions and history
It began in 1997 with several hundred people as the Hateparade, a counter-event to the commercial Love Parade, and has run 27 times since, skipping two Corona years and 2025.

- At the 14 September 2024 Fuckparade, DJ Trauma XP/Martin Kliehm gave a speech about the Nova festival in Israel.[12]
- The Fuckparade took part in the Strasbourg demonstration of 15 April against repression and police violence (about 2,000 participants), travelling from Berlin with two buses and one sound system.[13]
- The route was changed to protest in front of the Czech Embassy after the police clearing of the CzechTek free-techno festival; a separate protest followed at the US Embassy over the Versus II rave raid in Utah.[14,15]
- Together with Dr. Motte, the Fuckparade called for a rally in front of the French embassy at the Brandenburger Tor against police violence at a Brittany teknival, where 28 people were injured, four seriously.[16]
- The Love Parade stopped being a topic for the Fuckparade.[17]
- Berlin authorities refused to accept the registered Fuckparade 2001 as an assembly. A legal dispute followed through the Verwaltungsgericht, Oberverwaltungsgericht and Bundesverfassungsgericht; in 2004 the Verwaltungsgericht Berlin found the authority's decision unlawful, and in 2006 the Oberverwaltungsgericht Berlin-Brandenburg ruled that the 2001 parade as originally registered, without speeches, would not have been a demonstration.[18,19]
- The Fuckparade started as the Hateparade, a counter-event to the commercial Love Parade, and also as a demonstration against the closure of the Bunker.[2,10]
